Shipping

When will I get my order?

We ship anywhere in South Africa.

All orders in stock are shipped within 24-48 working hours and delivered within 2-3 working days. Expect delays for outlying areas.

All pre-orders are shipped within 7 working days and delivered within 2-3 working days.

We do offer expedited shipping at checkout, if you'd like to make use of it. If you've already placed your order, contact us and we'll see if we can help.

We will communicate all shipping and delivery information directly to you.

Can I get free shipping?

You get free shipping if you're on our subscription. Coming soon.

Can I change my order?

If you've placed your order a couple hours ago and would like to change something, contact us and we might be able to help.

Can I get a refund?

If you're not entirely happy with the scent of your candle, we empathise because we know how hard it is to pick a scent online. That's why we offer a Bite-sized Sample Set at an affordable price, which also get's you a credit towards another purchase.

If your candle arrives damaged, email us a photo, your name and order number and we'll do our best to assist you asap.

Should you qualify for a refund, you'll hear back from us and we'll process your refund within 10-14 business days.

Larger orders

Can I order a larger quantity for a special occasion?

We'll be happy to assist you, just email us with the details and we'll get back to you asap.

Can I stock Lazy Mondays at my store?

We're more than willing to form partnerships, just email us with the details and we'll get back to you asap.

FAQs

Do you offer a gift card?

Yes we do! Just search for 'gift card' in our store and add it to your cart.
